Sales Policy, Contract, Terms of Use

Terms and conditions of sale for online courses: contract for online courses.

Those who sell online courses enter into a formal contract with the customer. And like all distance selling contracts, digital course contracts must also provide certain mandatory information before the user completes the purchase, such as: the subject of the course, the cost, the type of delivery (online, in person).

There is no after-sales support, but you can contact Hulton Institute at info@hultoninstitute.com, which may decide at its own discretion whether to provide support.

In addition, it is important to note that all material is covered by copyright and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Hulton Institute is not responsible if the purchaser does not find the course interesting or professional after purchase.

The online payment methods for purchasing online courses are explained in the purchase section (when you reach the payment stage, the online payment method by card is specified).

The service is paid for in advance.

The sale (at the time of sale) provides for a mechanism of implicit acceptance by the user, who, by making the purchase, automatically confirms that they have read the following sales policy.

The sales policy is available in digital format and can be easily consulted in this section (sales policy).

The purchase procedure is completed upon payment, and in most cases, but not necessarily always, it is confirmed by an order confirmation email.

There is no right of withdrawal for online courses purchased on this website www.hultoninstitute.com or for any service/product purchased on the same website.

There is no right to a refund or withdrawal. In the specific case of digital courses, you can exclude withdrawal if:

the user has been informed in advance of the loss of this right (and has therefore been informed by the following sales policy on the website);

they have given their explicit consent to the immediate activation of the digital content (which occurred automatically with the purchase of the course, thus demonstrating their interest in purchasing the course and completing all the steps for the purchase).

What happens if a user withdraws and stops using a paid course or if the customer decides to interrupt the course early and not follow it?

It may happen that a customer asks to withdraw from a paid course that has already started.

The terms and conditions of sale do not provide for a partial refund policy or the interruption of access with a refund of the amount paid.

All requests are rejected, as customers have been informed of this sales policy in advance.

No refunds will be given under any circumstances, even in specific cases where customers complain that the content promised differs from that

actually delivered, as Hulton Institute claims to deliver services and courses to the best of its ability and accurately described in the pre-sale.

The courses sold include, as specified in this sales policy, a minimum of 10 minutes of sales and a minimum of 5 presentation slides. Often, the minutes and presentation slides may be longer.

There are no supplementary materials of any kind, nor are there any documents or files to download.

The courses are available exclusively on the website www.hultoninstitute.com or on subdomains belonging to Hulton Institute.

There are no free demos or previews to allow customers to evaluate the courses in advance.

Content protection and copyright

Access to purchased courses is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or assigned.

Courses that include videos, slides, handouts or other materials may not be copied, redistributed or reused without authorisation. Unauthorised distribution of the material is prohibited and contractual penalties will be imposed on those who share the materials.
